◎Warranty (Adjustment Warranty: Up to 5 years)
If the product goes out of tune or loses sound after purchase, we will take care of it free of charge. Please feel free to contact us. Warranty period varies depending on the product.

◎There will be a charge in the following cases
When you request modification, special adjustment, etc.
When the battery or other consumable parts of the watch need to be replaced.
When the product has been repaired or modified by someone other than our store.
When the product is damaged due to the customer's carelessness or willful misconduct.
When the watch is damaged due to the customer's negligence or willful misconduct.
Repair of scratches, repainting or polishing

Warranty coverage is limited to the first owner of the product.

◎Warranty (Up to 6 months)
We will take care of the following defects under normal use free of charge for 1 month or 6 months after purchase.
Any playing defects such as chattering or sound clogging.
Peeling of the bracing, bridge, or binding.
Any drastic change in string height from the time of purchase.
 Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs for sending strings, wear and tear/replacement parts, and repaired items, as well as for the return shipping costs.

◎There will be a charge for the following cases
Cracks, cracks, discoloration, or deformation of wood parts

Any adjustments, replacements, or repairs that are necessary to suit your tastes.

Okubo Gakki: Wind instruments in general

◎Warranty (up to 1 year)
We will clean the inside of the wind instrument and replace consumable parts as necessary, and repair and maintain the instrument as necessary upon receipt. If the instrument goes out of tune or loses sound during normal use, we will take care of it free of charge.

The following cases will incur a charge
If you wish to have keys, parts, modifications, or special adjustments made to your instrument.
If you have had adjustments or repairs made by someone other than our store or by yourself.
When you need to replace consumable parts (tampo, cork, felt, etc.)
If the damage is caused by carelessness or willful act of the customer.
Repairing scratches, repainting, polishing, or cleaning the inside of the instrument
Repair or replacement required for a particular setting.

Please note the following
Used products are not warranted by the manufacturer.
Please note that used instruments do not come with a manufacturer's warranty.
We do not guarantee the desired setting due to the condition and structure of the instrument.
The warranty will not be honored if you do not have this warranty card with you.

Return Policy
The return policy for purchased used instruments is as follows.
We will accept returns if you contact us within 6 days of receipt of the merchandise. If the return is due to the customer's convenience, the customer is responsible for return shipping (including handling charges for cash on delivery) and bank transfer charges.
We will not accept returns or refunds if we cannot confirm the return shipment within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If the return is due to our fault, we will refund the shipping costs after we confirm the return of the merchandise.
We do not accept returns or cancellations for items ordered by the customer, items made to order, items that are delivered after modifications requested by the customer such as refrets, or items that have been opened New.


Trade-ins (replacements)
If you don't like it or are tired of it, don't worry. Please let us buy it back from you!
Within one month of purchase, we will trade in the item for 80% of the purchase price (excluding tax).
(The product must be in the same condition as when you purchased it with a sales price of 20,000 yen or more excluding tax. The purchase price must be equal to or greater than the trade-in value. Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.)

You can buy back the item anytime, even after the *period has passed. You can also buy back only.

Is it OK for minors?
Minors are also allowed to purchase, however, the consent of a parent or guardian is required. Please print out and fill out this " Purchase Authorization Form " and bring it with you or send it with the instrument.

About layaway
The layaway period is within 3 business days including the date of your request.
If you wish to extend the layaway period due to unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to contact us.


About Sales Contracts
A contract is considered sold when you have decided to purchase the property and have received a deposit.
The contract period is one week.
If you cancel the contract after the contract is made, or if you do not purchase the product within the contract period, the contract will be voided. In either case, the deposit is non-refundable.


About keeping products after purchase
If you do not pick up your order within 30 days of purchase, we will send it back to you by freight collect. If the item is returned to us and we do not receive a reply within 10 days after sending an email to the email address you provided requesting pickup of the item (the same applies if the item is returned twice by cash-on-delivery), we will consider the item to be a waiver of your right of ownership and will not be able to accept the item back. We will dispose of your items at our own discretion. You agree that we have the sole discretion to decide what to do with the items you leave with us. (The same applies if we cannot reach you by phone or if you do not respond to our emails.)


About leaving your items for valuation
We will only accept instruments that are owned by the customer.
We will contact you as soon as the valuation is completed.
If you are not satisfied with the valuation, we will promptly return the instrument. (If you wish to have it shipped, please note that we will send it to you by freight collect.)
If you do not pick up your item within 30 days of the assessment, we will return it to you by cash-on-delivery. About Repair
The instrument to be repaired must be the customer's property.
Cancellation is not allowed after the customer has agreed to the estimate and the work has begun.
If we are unable to contact you for more than 2 weeks after receiving your order, we will cancel the repair and send the instrument back to you by cash on delivery. If there is any work that has been done up to that point, we will charge the appropriate amount for the work by cash on delivery.
If the instrument is not picked up within one month after we are notified that repairs are complete, we will return the instrument to you, postage prepaid. If the item is returned to us and we do not receive a reply within 10 days after sending an email to the email address you provided requesting pickup of the item (the same applies if the item is returned twice with freight collect), we will consider the item to be a waiver of your right of ownership and will not be able to accept the item back. Please be advised that we will dispose of your items at our own discretion. You agree that we have the sole discretion to decide what to do with the items you leave with us. (The same applies if we are unable to reach you by phone or if you do not respond to our e-mails.)
If we find any other problems or symptoms during the repair process, we may contact you to change the quoted price.
Depending on the nature of the repair, a separate estimate may be required.
If an estimate fee is incurred, you will be charged for the estimate fee even if the repair is not performed.
We will take the utmost care in the repair work, but we cannot be held responsible for minor damage (small scratches, dents, slight discoloration, discoloration, etc.) caused by the work.

You can choose from the following payment methods.

For purchases made in-store
Cash, PayPay, shopping loan, and credit card are available.
Shopping loans are available for purchases of 50,000 yen or more in total.
For mail order purchases
1) Bank transfer
Please make payment within 7 days after we have received your inventory confirmation. We will ship the product after confirming the payment.
Please make payment within 7 days of receipt of the inventory confirmation notice from us.
2) Cash on Delivery
Please pay for the merchandise directly to the courier driver at the time of delivery.
This service is available for orders under 300,000 yen.
3) Credit card and other types of payment
We accept credit cards (Visa/Master, JCB, Amex) as well as apple pay, Google pay, Amazon pay, and PayPal.
4) Internet credit (installment payment)
Available for orders of 50,000 yen or more.
You will receive an email from our partner, JACCS. Payment frequency and other details can be applied directly on the web.
